Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before ordering your commission.
Ordering & Process
Browse our commissions on this site, then click "Buy on Etsy" to complete your purchase securely through Etsy. After purchasing, you'll receive our Character Questionnaire to fill in the details of your character.
Not at all! If you're not sure, just send us a photo or a rough idea, and we'll work with it. You can also browse our Fantasy guide to discover races, classes, and styles that inspire you.
Yes! Multi-race and multi-class characters are welcome. Just describe the combination in the questionnaire and we'll bring it to life in a way that makes visual sense.
We don't copy existing characters directly, but you're welcome to use them as inspiration or reference. We'll create an original portrait in that character's spirit, with our own artistic interpretation.
Revisions & Quality
We always aim to deliver something you love. Each product listing specifies how many revisions are included. If something isn't quite right, let us know and we'll do our best to fix it within those rounds.
Absolutely — and we highly encourage it! References can be from games, movies, other artworks, or even photos of yourself. The more visual context you give us, the closer we can get to your vision.

Turnaround time is listed on each product page. It typically ranges from a few days to a few weeks depending on the complexity and our current queue. We'll always keep you updated.
